One area where we are particularly experienced is in the designing of hydraulic cylinders and here we offer a comprehensive CAD design service free of charge to our customers using the latest Solid Works 3D CAD design software. We have extensive experience in all aspects of hydraulic cylinder design. Our engineers get fully involved with the application of the cylinder during the design stage to ensure our customer gets the best technical solution at a competitive price. We use the Licom AlphaCAM CAD/CAM system, which has full modelling facilities, to translate our designs into manufacturing programmes for the shop floor.
In addition to this, we also specialise in carrying out value analysis exercises and redesign work for our customers to reduce costs or improve the design of existing products.
